All projects will be governed by a specific Statement of Work (SOW). Any feature requests or technical changes falling outside the agreed SOW will be subject to additional billing and timeline extensions (Scope Creep policy).
Upon final payment, full intellectual property rights to the custom source code developed specifically for your project will be transferred to you. Webcraftio retains the right to reuse open-source libraries, generic code snippets, and frameworks utilized during development.
We provide a standard 30-day bug-fixing warranty after deployment for issues strictly related to our original codebase. Ongoing support and feature additions require a separate Web Maintenance Retainer.
