Webcraftio operates on a milestone-based billing system. Once a project milestone (e.g., UI Design, Front-end Build) has been approved by the client and development has commenced on the next phase, payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.
Initial project deposits secure your spot in our development queue and cover the intensive architecture and scoping phase. These deposits are non-refundable once the discovery phase begins.
For pre-packaged services (e.g., Code Audits, Consultations), refunds are not provided once the service has been rendered or the final codebase/report has been delivered to the client’s repository.
